Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all BARK garment tags are securely attached and the clothing is in its original condition.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
